任职资格：
College diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production and Inventory Control ;机械工程或生产存货控制专业大专学历； 5 years experience as a Material or Production Control Manager; 物料或生产控制部门5年工作经验； Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English; 能流利地用英语交流（包括书写和口语）； Must be able to relate/communicate well with people at all levels (Supervisory skills); 能很好的与各个层次的交流联系； Must have good organizational skills, be a self starter and a team player; 良好的组织能力和自发意识和团队合作意识； Must be very familiar with J.I.T., M.R.P; 精通J.I.T., M.R.P； Knowledge of SAP; 懂SAP系统。 Duties and Responsibilities职责： Set up the inventory level, and monitor the status, to meet the company target;设定库存水平， 监督库存的状态， 以达到公司设定的目标； Audit the production process to ensuring that Bill of Material reflects current standards at the end of year; 在年末，审核生产过程，确保BOM和现有的状态一致； Corporate with program manager to support new projects, and make sure we can meeting the project timing; 配合新项目进度要求，确保满足项目时间节点； Maintain the basic information for new project, to make sure the new project running smoothly in ERP system;在ＥＲＰ系统中设置新项目的基础数据，确保新项目的ＥＲＰ运作正常； Arrange the production planning meeting every Thursday, and make sure all the area can run the production as the planning; 每周四安排生产会议，确保生产区域明确生产计划，并执行到位； Follow up the delivery issue from supplier side, if the supplier can’t meeting demand, please highlight this issue to purchasing; 跟踪供应商交货问题，并反馈给采购； Analysis the customer release every week, if the fluctuation is over the contract level, to be reported to manager; 分析客户预测的波动，如果客户的预测波动超过了合同量， 及时反馈给经理； Confirm with the related department of the materials which are over 180 days by monthly, and provide the confirmation to finance; 每个月确认库龄超过180天的零件，并把各相关部门的反馈意见交给财务； Plan and arrange work to ensure that safe and healthful working conditions are maintained at all times for the employees, their supervisor and colleagues;计划和安排确保他管理的员工和同事的安全健康的工作的维护； Inform employees of known or potential health hazards and risks, complying with legislative requirements and providing, maintaining proper work procedures, practices, standards and rules;通知员工知道潜在的安全危险和风险，遵循立法的要求，提供和维护正确的操作流程，活动，标准和法规； Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all Health, Safety and housekeeping rules and regulations;根据健康，安全和工厂的规整制度，确保所有的工作功能遵守安全和健康的习惯； Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines; 遵守ISO / TS 16949 、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针； Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure; 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行； Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。 常州新北区
